Your HHE Energy policy starts on the day your application is submitted. However, there is an initial 10-week period where you cannot make a claim. This is to prevent claims on pre-existing problems and keep premiums low.

You should be able to cancel and switch to HHE Energy Ltd. For more information, please call our sales team on 01294 442806 .

If you cancel the policy within 14 days of setting up your plan, we will refund the premium paid for the current policy period with no charges. You are free to leave us at any time, however, cancellation charges may apply. See Cancellation Rights and Charges in the Policy Terms and Conditions.

In the event of an emergency (un-containable water leak) we aim to have someone with you within 4 hours of the repair being logged if it is logged during business hours. We are able to provide help over the phone until our engineers arrive at the job. For other faults, we will do our best to have someone on the job the same day. In the event of a gas leak, please call the National Gas Emergency Service on 08001 11999 .

We aim to complete your service within 365 days of your previous service. Our team will be in contact to arrange the service with you.
