Job Role Requirements:
  • We are currently looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team
  • We are a Kilwinning-based Heating company, primarily covering Kilwinning and surrounding areas.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in conducting site surveys and preparing detailed estimates.
  • Experience in heating systems, solar PV installations, and battery storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and current industry standards.

Your duties on site will include, but not be limited to:
  • Carrying out site surveys for heating, solar, and battery systems.
  • Conducting 1st and 2nd fix assessments.
  • Inspecting boiler installations, servicing, and maintenance.
  • Preparing job specifications, reports, and cost estimates
  • Identifying any potential issues or safety concerns before installation
  • Ensuring all surveys comply with The Boiler Company Safety standards
If you are interested in working, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
  • Have previous experience of working as an Gas Engineer.
  • CSCS Card (preferred): Hardworking and able to work on your own initiative and or part of a team
  • Must have a Driving license
Experience:
  • Surveying: Minimum 2 years (required)
Salary: Depends on experience.
